It was a sweet and hot day today with lots of km to do to arrive at my destination campground tonight! Definetely the most riding done in one day thus far – approx 95km on the chrono!
I am also happy to report that my sniffles are gone and my voice is back to normal. In general the body feels great, even if the knees were bothering me a bit during the last 10km or so. A good stretch session is a must
